When using the Zoom plugin in Moodle, all meetings scheduled within a single module will be displayed in all Zoom activities in that module. This can be confusing for both staff and students as they can have multiple events occurring at the same time in their Moodle Calendar and it can be difficult to identify which one they should attend.
The Post Date is a feature in the settings of any Turnitin Assignment activity that you can set up in Moodle.
It’s important that you know what happens to your Zoom recordings such as, where they are stored and how long they are stored for.
All WIT staff and fully registered students can access Moodle. Both full time and part time students can access Moodle provided that they are fully registered. Essentially, if you can log onto computers in WIT, then you should be able to log into Moodle.
You will need to import your content to the new module area. You must first request to be set up as a lecturer on the new module by emailing moodle@wit.ie with the CRN number for the new module. The CRN is a five digit number that uniquely identifies your module and is available from any of the support staff in your School office.
If you are lecturing on the same module again this year you can import last year’s content into the new version of the module for the new academic year.
