How can I import parts of other modules into my module?

Lecturers can import resources between the modules they are assigned to within Moodle. For example, if you are reusing case studies for a new academic year, these can be copied from a previous year’s module into the current one. It is important to note that to import between modules, you must be assigned as an editing lecturer on both modules.

How do I add or edit an Assignment?

Lecturers can create an assignment activity in any of their module areas.  This will allow students in the group to submit a file or files for marking as part of their continuous assessment.  The students can be given feedback as well as grades for this assignment.  Lecturers can decide when this feedback is released when the set up the assignment.

Question Bank

The Question Bank feature allows a lecturer to create, preview, and edit questions in the Moodle database. Questions are organised into categories. Initially, each course has only one category called “Default”. It is good practice to create more categories to organise your questions. This not only makes it easier to find questions but makes the use of randomised questions and matching questions easier.
