Introduction

Now you can easily find that room where your meeting or lecture is scheduled to take place thanks to Google Maps! 

The map will show you the room locations and their numbers. You can also navigate between the floors of a building too. Look out for a small floor indicator in the map tools section in the bottom right hand section of the page. Very handy!

Above is a close up of the Flexible Teaching Building (formally known as the T Rooms). The usual map functionality applies, such as zoom in and zoom out. When you land on Google map's WIT location you will have to zoom in to see the room numbers and some locations will display useful telephone details. The service is called Google Indoor Maps and WIT are one of just two third level institutions that have been mapped within Ireland; UCD is the other.
