I have submitted my assignment to Turnitin in time but I’ve not received a similarity report / score

If you have submitted your assignment to Turnitin within the stipulated timeframe set down by your lecturer but have not received a similarity report within 24 hours you should contact the Moodle office.  This error can occur when students have changed their e-mail details between submissions thus preventing the Turnitin site from providing a similarity report for your work in Moodle.
